Our guarantee is simple: You may return any new, unused non-perishable items for a full refund, with no questions asked for up to 6 months (180 days) after the date of your purchase.

Food and Water: because of the personal nature of these items we can't refund for food and water. If a kit is returned that contains food, water or both and the kit is in new, unused condition - we will refund the price paid for the kit less the price of the food/water. If you follow the direction below you will have no problems as we will tell you in advance how much your refund will be.

We refund the cost of the products - not the shipping and handling costs.

DIRECTIONS:

1)Contact us for a Return Authorization number and a refund quote (the returned items must pass an UltraGear.com inspection).

2) Receive your Return Authorization number and refund quote.

3) Return products at your expense.

4) We will quickly inspect the returned items and if they are found to be in satisfactory condition your refund will be processed ASAP.
